Directions for use

Malagos Hot Chocolate: Makes 1 to 2 servings

200 ml (a scant cup) water or milk
35g (7 to 8 pcs) Malagos Unsweetened Chocolate
14g (about 3 1/2 cups) granulated sugar, or to taste

Directions:

Pour water or milk into a heavy saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add the Malagos Unsweetened Chocolate and granulated sugar.
Stir continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. This will take about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Pour into cup (s) and serve immediately.
