The Kuvings EVO820 Whole Slow Juicer is a premium vertical cold-press juicer designed to extract juice efficiently from fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens while preserving the natural flavor, color, and nutrients of the ingredients. It features a wide 82 mm feeding chute, allowing larger pieces of produce to be added with less preparation. Its low-speed extraction system operates at approximately 50–60 RPM and is powered by a 240W motor, providing gentle and efficient juice extraction. The EVO820 also features a Smart Cap that helps prevent dripping and allows for convenient rinsing between different juice recipes. Its durable, BPA-free components are designed for regular household use and long-term performance. For proper care and maintenance, the Kuvings EVO820 should be cleaned immediately after every use. Before cleaning, turn off and unplug the machine, then disassemble the removable components, including the drum lid, juicing screw, strainer, rotation wiper, and juicing bowl. Rinse the parts thoroughly under running water and use the supplied cleaning brushes to remove pulp and fiber, particularly from the fine mesh of the strainer. The silicone components, including the silicone ring, silicone brush, and Smart Cap, should also be removed and cleaned regularly to prevent residue buildup and maintain proper sealing. For quick cleaning between different juices, close the Smart Cap, add clean water to the juicing bowl, and briefly operate the machine. Open the Smart Cap afterward to allow the water and remaining pulp to drain. For regular cleaning, handwash the removable parts using mild dishwashing soap and clean water. Avoid using abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, and do not place the removable components in the dishwasher unless specifically indicated for the particular part. For deeper cleaning, white vinegar may be used when necessary to help remove mineral deposits and stubborn residue. After washing, allow all removable components to dry completely before reassembling or storing the juicer. The motor base should never be immersed in water; instead, wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. To maintain optimum performance, remove hard pits and unsuitable seeds before juicing, cut very hard or fibrous ingredients into manageable pieces, and avoid forcing ingredients into the feeding chute. Highly fibrous ingredients such as celery and wheatgrass should be cleaned promptly after use to prevent fiber from accumulating around the strainer and other components. Proper assembly, regular cleaning, and careful handling will help maintain the EVO820's performance, hygiene, and durability.
